Refund policy

What you buy

Pro is sold as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase; the Coach plan is not sold, and partners get its group tools free. Prices are shown before you buy, in US dollars (in reais in Brazil where offered), and localized by Paddle at checkout; taxes are added where the law requires.

Free trial

When the yearly plan offers a free trial, nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

14-day refund

Any payment, including a renewal, is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of being charged, no questions asked. After 14 days a payment is not refunded, except where consumer law gives you a longer right. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Canceling

Cancel at any time from the Account page (Manage subscription) or from the link in your Paddle receipt. The plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.

Write to [email protected] with the email address of your purchase, or use the “Need help?” link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle.com, the merchant of record, processes refunds on our behalf.
